Vending - Toad Rock Motorcycle Campground

The Toad Rock Rally is a Kootenay home grown, old-fashioned bike rally. It is an opportunity for me to showcase local businesses and talent, and give back to my community. Preference will be given to vendors that actually make their living by attending bike rallies, are located in the Kootenays, and have goods and services specific to motorcyclists. There is very limited space available, and the rally is not intended for the purpose of promoting special interest groups and organizations. If you feel that your business meets this criterion, please contact me for a vendor application.

Fees and Regulations:

$200 per booth includes entry fee for up to 2 persons for 3 days - extra persons $15/day, maximum 2 extra

Other Information:

Vendors must check in with Vendor Coordinator before going on site or setting up
Site locations for booths will be maximum 10' frontage by 10' deep, unless prior arrangements have been made
Toad Rock reserves the right to assign locations
Vendors are responsible for their own shelters and other material
Power will be supplied on request, but notify Mary of your needs in advance
Each vendor is responsible for their own goods left on site
Vehicles will not be permitted to remain on site, except for loading and unloading, or where prior arrangement is made with Coordinator
All booths must be setup and ready to go by 10:00AM on the first day of the rally
Deadline for removal of all goods from site is noon, 1 day after rally.
A photo of your vending area, complete with all signage, must be submitted for approval with your application. No changes will be permitted without prior approval.
Any violations of these guidelines will result in the forfeit of your deposit and your vending space
Applications are available on request, and must be signed and returned with payment by April 1.
